5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For Enterprise tier customers, we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime availability. Credits for downtime may be issued at our discretion for prolonged outages exceeding our defined thresholds.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Card Network and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Card Network is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
